Practitioner Level 1

Timeline (Close Range): 2 Hand Choke with a push from behind. [Rotation Defense]

Timeline (Mid Range): impending strike or push from behind. [Rotation Defense]

Timeline (Long Range): Impending strike, push, or tackle from behind. [Passive Back Kick]

Practitioner Level 2

Timeline (Close Range): 2 Hand Choke or Push pressed face first against a wall. [Rotation Defense]

Timeline (Mid Range): 2 Hand Choke or Push being lead face first into a wall. [Forward Breaking to Rotation Defense]

Timeline (Long range): 2 Hand Choke or Push being lead face first into a wall. [Foot Breaking to Rotation Defense]

I did the Krav Maga and self defense class with Thomas and it was one of the best workouts I have ever had! I was sore (in a good way) for days! I feel totally safe walking down the streets of Denver by myself now and would absolutely recommend these classes to anyone!
