*Membership Cancellation Policy*
This is a overview of the cancellation policies. Please refer to your membership agreement for more detail and contact ASF to start the process.
Instructors, Staff, and Management CANNOT cancel or alter membership agreements.
All Cancellations must follow the terms in your agreement: Term, Trial, Challenges, and Month to Month agreements are reviewed below.
Important points to remember:
- The cancellation process will only begin when all tuition and fees owed are current.
- Any Chargebacks will make your cancellation invalid.
- Once ASF receives and approves the necessary information to cancel, the cancellation takes effect in 30 days
- Any tuition due in the 30 day period must be paid, or the cancellation will not take effect.
1: Term Memberships may be canceled through ASF by either Moving or Permanent Disability.
A: Moving: To cancel for a relocation, term agreements require a 30 day notice which does not begin until valid proof of move is received by ASF Payment Solutions AND you have already moved. Valid proof of move is considered one of the following: Newly issued driver’s license or state ID, settlement statement from the purchase of a residence, a signed lease agreement from a leasing company. Once one of these items is received, your 30 day notice period will begin. Any dues or fees owed during the 30 day notice period will process as scheduled. ASF Payment Solutions will notify you of your official cancellation date once the required steps are completed.
Members can continue training during the "30 day Cancellation Pending Period".
B: Permanent Disability: To cancel for medical, the contract requires a 30 day notice which does not begin until valid proof of a medical disability is received by ASF Payment Solutions. Valid proof of a medical disability should state that there is a disability preventing further use of the facility or that the member has a permanent disability. This information should be submitted in the form of a letter written by a medical doctor, on doctor office letterhead and must include the doctor’s signature. Once this information is received, your 30 day notice period will begin. Any dues or fees owed during the 30 day notice period will process as scheduled. ASF Payment Solutions will notify you of your official cancellation date once the required steps are completed. The doctor letter must state that this is a Permanent disability.

2: Non-Term, Roll-Over or Month to Month Memberships: Please contact ASF to give your 30 day notice. All Tuition and Fees must be current in order to start the process. Any tuition due in the 30 day period is considered your cancellation fee. Members may participate while they are in their 30 day cancellation period. Please note, that month to month is not the same as a discounted term membership.
